Design Process
I began by conducting extensive user research to understand the pain points and needs of our target audience. This included user interviews, usability testing, and analysis of existing analytics data. The research revealed several key issues:
- High cart abandonment rates (68%)
- Poor mobile experience leading to low mobile conversions
- Confusing navigation and product discovery
- Accessibility barriers preventing some users from completing purchases
Design Process
The design process followed a user-centered approach, starting with wireframes and user flows, then progressing to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. I focused on creating a clean, modern interface that prioritized usability and accessibility.
